# Delivery & Returns

## Delivery & Returns

<!--
HoneyBee & Co. Delivery, Returns & Refunds page
URL: /delivery-returns/ (confirmed live slug)
Wrapper: .hbdr v1.0, July 2026
Built from client-supplied source text, in full. Design System v2.0
"Forest and Gold" applied: forest structural dark, gold-gradient CTA,
cream light sections, Arial only, no emojis, no em dashes.
ADDED (not in the supplied text, flagged): a "Free UK Delivery" note in
the delivery section, using the exact standing wording ("Free UK
delivery on 3 or more jars, and on every subscription order"). This is
an established, verified site fact that customers checking a delivery
page would expect to find; it does not contradict anything supplied.
v1.1 UPDATE, July 2026:
- Returns and Refunds unified into a single policy: 30 days return
eligibility, 31 days to make contact and reclaim funds, claims
reviewed manually (not automatic), returns restocked once processed,
jars must be unopened. This replaces the earlier 7-day (damaged or
incorrect) and 14-day (change of mind) windows with the client's new
figures, since running two different timeframes side by side would
now read as inconsistent.
- ADDED: a dedicated note on lids loosening in transit: why it can
happen, why it is not a contamination risk (the wrapper holds the lid
in place), and the 30% single-jar refund remedy on submission of a
packaging photo.
- ADDED (competitor research, flagged as an addition rather than
silently blended in): a short note that invoices are not enclosed in
parcels, since many orders are gifts. Several premium UK food-gift
competitors (Honeybuns among them) make a point of this; it costs
nothing to state and matters directly to a brand with a corporate
gifting range.
- See the chat response for further competitor-sourced suggestions not
added to this page (tracking numbers, a safe-place delivery note),
which depend on confirming operational/checkout capability first.
v1.2 UPDATE, July 2026:
- Added "3 days on average" as a headline stat, alongside the existing
2 to 5 working day range rather than replacing it. Framed as an
average, not a guarantee, so it doesn't conflict with the binding
rule against promising same-day or fixed fast dispatch times.
Links verified: /contact/ (live) and mailto:[email removed]
(correct lowercase address per the sending-address record). Slug
/delivery-returns/ matches the confirmed live URL inventory.

### Packed, Monday to Friday

We process and pack all orders between 9am and 3pm on working days.

### Sent via Royal Mail

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

### Arrives in 2 to 5 working days

Parcels typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days of the dispatch date, around 3 days on average.

**Free UK delivery** on 3 or more jars, and on every subscription order.

We do not enclose an invoice inside the parcel, as many of our orders are gifts.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, please get in touch with your order number at [email removed] or via our [Contact Form](https://honeybeeandco.uk/contact/). We’ll look into it straight away and make sure your honey gets to you.

Returns ## If something isn’t right

We want every jar of honey to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or simply isn’t for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

31Days You have 31 days from the date of delivery to get in touch and make your claim. Return requests are reviewed by our team and are not processed automatically.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo, if the item is damaged

Email us at [email removed] or via our [Contact Form](https://honeybeeandco.uk/contact/), and we’ll replace it or offer a refund, whatever works best for you. Once a return is approved and received, the jar is added back into our stock.

**Please note:** as honey is a perishable food item, jars must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a return, unless the product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. The customer is responsible for the return delivery fee unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Good to Know

### What if a lid has loosened in transit?

Occasionally, the vibration of transport can loosen a jar’s lid. We hand-pack every order to guard against this, and even if it happens, there is no contamination risk: the wrapper around the jar holds the lid firmly in place throughout the journey.

If you do notice a loosened lid, you’re entitled to a 30% refund on that specific jar. Just email a photo of the packaging to [email removed] and we’ll process it straight away.

Refunds ## Changed your mind, or not quite right for you?

If our honey doesn’t meet your expectations, or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as set out in Returns above. Jars must be unopened, and you have 31 days from delivery to get in touch and reclaim your funds.

Contact us at [email removed] or via our [Contact Form](https://honeybeeandco.uk/contact/), and let us know the reason for your request. We’re always happy to help.
