Everything You Need to Know About Our Raw Honey Subscription

How do I cancel my raw honey subscription?+
Log in to your account, go to My Account, click Subscriptions, and select Cancel. No phone calls, no forms, no waiting period. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again. If you have already been charged for a renewal that has not yet been dispatched, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund it in full.
Can I change how often I receive my honey?+
Yes. Log in to My Account, go to Subscriptions, click Change Frequency, and select your preferred delivery interval. You can switch between monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months at any time. The price remains 20% off regardless of frequency. Changes take effect on your next renewal date.
Can I subscribe to more than one honey variety?+
Yes, absolutely. You can hold multiple active subscriptions simultaneously, each on its own schedule. For example, you might subscribe to Acacia Honey monthly and British Heather Honey every 3 months. Each subscription is managed and billed independently from your account page.
When will I be charged and when will my honey be dispatched?+
Your card is charged automatically on your renewal date. We then dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when payment is taken and a dispatch notification when your honey has been sent. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days via Royal Mail.
Does the 20% discount apply to every delivery?+
Yes. The 20% discount is applied automatically to every renewal for as long as your subscription is active. There is no introductory offer or time limit on the saving. The subscription price is fixed at 20% off the standard retail price from your first delivery to your last.
Is free delivery included with a subscription?+
Free UK delivery applies to all orders containing 3 or more jars, including subscription renewals. If you subscribe to 3 or more jars in a single subscription or across multiple subscriptions renewing on the same date, delivery is free. Standard delivery charges apply to orders of 1 or 2 jars.
Can I pause my subscription rather than cancel?+
Yes. You can pause your subscription from My Account. Your subscription will remain active but no payment will be taken and no honey will be dispatched until you unpause it. This is ideal if you are going away or have a good stock of honey at home.
Do NHS staff get an additional discount on top of the subscription saving?+
The NHS 15% lifetime discount and the subscription 20% saving are separate programmes. The subscription price already represents 20% off.
