Acacia is one of the few honeys that takes more than a year to crystallize as the nectar of the acacia flower is jam packed with natural fructose. Perfect for adding light, floral sweetness to teas, sumptuously spread over bread or generously poured into porridge.

First time I have bought from HoneyBee & Co as my usual suppliers online shop is unavailable. I ordered the three pack of Wild Flower jars,... which arrived well packed by Royal Mail. The jars were well presented being wrapped individually. I did have a concern over crystallization but Dragos replied promptly to my email and solved my concern.
