We process orders Monday to Friday from 9 am until 3 pm. All packages are sent with Royal Mail; this usually takes around 2-5 days. If you have not received your order within a week, please send a message with your order details to [email protected] or contact us here. We will make sure that your delivery arrives with you promptly.
If you receive a defective product, or you are not satisfied with your purchase then please send us an email to [email protected] Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will respond very quickly. If the product is defective in anyway try to include a picture so that we can resolve in the best way possible.
If our products did not meet your expectations or you have simply changed your mind you can choose between a refund or a replacement by contacting us at [email protected] or on our website contact form specifying the reason of the replacement or refund.
