DELIVERY
We process orders Monday to Friday from 9 am until 3 pm. All packages are sent with Royal Mail; this usually takes around 2-5 days. If you have not received your order within a week, please send a message with your order details to [email protected] or contact us here. We will make sure that your delivery arrives with you promptly.
RETURNS
If you receive a defective product, or you are not satisfied with your purchase then please send us an email to [email protected]. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will respond very quickly. If the product is defective in anyway try to include a picture so that we can resolve in the best way possible.
REFUNDS
If our products did not meet your expectations or you have simply changed your mind you can choose between a refund or a replacement by contacting us at [email protected] or on our website contact form specifying the reason of the replacement or refund.
