Delivery
We process and pack all orders Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–5 working days from the dispatch date. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, please contact us with your order number at [email protected] or via our Contact Form. We’ll look into it straight away and make sure your honey gets to you.
Returns
We want every jar of honey to arrive in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo if the item is damaged
We’ll replace it or offer a refund. Whatever works best for you.
Please note: As honey is a perishable food item, we’re unable to accept returns unless the product is damaged, faulty, or unopened and in its original condition.
In case of returns, the customer is responsible for the return delivery fee unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
If our honey doesn’t meet your expectations, or you’ve changed your mind, you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.
