British Heather Honey
Dark amber with floral intensity and a thixotropic, jelly-like texture. Our boldest honey. Harvested once a year in late summer.
Notes: warm, woody, deep floral
Transylvania, Romania
Linden Honey
Light golden with a fresh, woody-minty character. Also known as lime blossom honey. A Transylvanian staple that pairs beautifully with herbal tea.
Notes: woody, minty, herbaceous
Yorkshire & Midlands
British Wildflower Honey
Golden amber with complex, multi-floral character that shifts with each season's bloom. The all-rounder for toast, porridge, cooking, and baking.
Notes: floral, citrus hints, seasonal
Product images are indicative. Natural raw honey varies in colour and texture by batch and season - that variation is the signature of authentic single-origin honey.
How to enjoy
Six Ways to Stay Warm with Raw Honey
From the morning porridge to the evening hot toddy, each honey earns its place in winter.
Heather in hot honey and lemon
The classic British remedy for sore throats. Hot water (not boiling), fresh lemon juice, a generous spoonful of Heather honey. The NHS lists hot honey and lemon among its self-care suggestions for coughs in adults and children over one year old.
Linden in chamomile before bed
Linden's woody-minty character pairs perfectly with chamomile, peppermint, or lemon balm tea. A traditional Eastern European bedtime ritual passed down through generations.
Wildflower in porridge
Stir Wildflower into hot porridge after cooking, off the heat. Complex floral notes bring warmth and depth to plain oats and milk on a cold morning.
Heather in a hot toddy
Hot whisky, lemon, cloves, and a generous spoonful of Heather. The original cold-and-flu drink. Adults only - and all the more comforting for it.
Linden in golden milk
Warm milk, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and Linden honey. The Ayurvedic winter drink. Linden's herbaceous notes complement spices beautifully.
Wildflower in spiced biscuits
Use Wildflower in gingerbread, speculoos, or honey biscuits at Christmas. The seasonal honey adds depth that golden syrup alone cannot match.

What Sets It Apart
Raw Honey vs Supermarket Honey
Not all honey is the same. Here is what sets ours apart.
HoneyBee & Co. Raw Honey
- Never heated. Cold-extracted to preserve natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants.
- Never blended. Single-origin from one geographical location with full traceability.
- Minimal filtering. Natural pollen and beneficial compounds stay in the jar.
- Fully traceable. Every batch tracked from hive to jar. Our British honey supplier holds SALSA Certification.
Typical supermarket honey
- Pasteurised. Heated to 70 degrees or more, destroying natural enzymes.
- Blended. "Blend of EU and non-EU honeys" with zero traceability.
- Ultra-filtered. Pollen removed entirely, making origin impossible to verify.
- Often adulterated. Some imported honeys contain added sugar syrups.
Six Generations. Two Countries.
From our family to yours.
Our story begins in the forests and meadows of Transylvania, where the Nistor family has tended bees for six generations. Same hives, same flora, same craft - passed from grandfather to grandson, mother to daughter.
Founder Dragos Nistor brought that tradition to Britain and built it out from there - partnering with British beekeepers in Yorkshire and the English Midlands whose work meets the same exacting standards: raw, unblended, traceable, and ethical.
Whether the jar in your hand came from our family hives or from one of our British partners, the standard is the same: raw, unblended, traceable, and ethical.

“Delicious wild flower honey which I am enjoying for breakfast each morning on toast. It is also soothing for my throat as my recent cold fades. As a member of a former beekeeping family, I only eat pure British honey!”
