Three Honeys, Three Landscapes
From the ancient Acacia forests of Transylvania to the wildflower meadows and heather moorlands of Britain. Each jar carries the character of its home. All raw, unfiltered, and fully traceable from hive to jar.
Acacia Honey (280g)
Pale gold and crystal clear with a mild, delicate sweetness. Our lightest honey. Stays liquid longer than almost any other variety thanks to its naturally high fructose content. Perfect in tea, drizzled over yoghurt, or straight from the jar.
Tasting notes: vanilla, clean sweetness, floral finish
British Wildflower Honey (280g)
Golden amber with a complex, multi-floral flavour that changes with each season's bloom. Our most versatile honey. Works beautifully on toast, in cooking, or as a natural sweetener. Every batch tastes slightly different because the meadows are never the same twice.
Tasting notes: floral, citrus hints, seasonal variation
British Heather Honey (280g)
Rich, dark amber with a distinctive floral intensity and a slightly jelly-like texture. Our boldest honey. Heather honey is prized for its high antioxidant content and complex flavour. A true taste of the wild British moorland, harvested once a year in late summer.
Tasting notes: warm, woody, lingering floral depth

Six Ways to Use Your Discovery Trio
Each honey in this set suits different moments, meals, and flavours. Here is how to get the most out of all three.
Acacia in tea
Acacia's mild sweetness dissolves cleanly without overpowering delicate teas. Add a teaspoon to green tea, white tea, or chamomile once the water has cooled below boiling. This preserves the raw enzymes and keeps the flavour balanced.
Wildflower on toast and porridge
The all-rounder. Drizzle Wildflower over hot toast, stir it into porridge after cooking, or spoon it onto yoghurt with granola. Its complex flavour adds depth that plain sugar cannot match.
Heather with cheese
Heather honey's bold intensity pairs beautifully with strong cheeses. Try it drizzled over blue cheese, aged cheddar, or alongside a cheese board with crackers and walnuts. The sweet and savoury contrast is exceptional.
Cooking and baking
Use Wildflower in marinades and salad dressings. Use Acacia for honey glazes (it stays liquid and brushes evenly). For baking, substitute honey for sugar at roughly half the quantity and reduce the oven temperature by 15 degrees.
Cocktails and drinks
Acacia honey makes a superb cocktail ingredient. Mix equal parts honey and warm water to create a honey syrup, then use it in a Bee's Knees (gin, lemon juice, honey syrup) or an Old Fashioned. It dissolves cleanly and adds natural depth.
Honey and lemon for winter
When the weather turns cold, stir a generous spoonful of Heather honey into hot water with fresh lemon juice. The NHS recommends honey as a first-line treatment for coughs in adults and children over one year old.
Why These Three?
We chose these honeys to give you the widest range of flavour, colour, and texture in a single box.
Light to Dark
From the crystal-clear pale gold of Acacia through the warm amber of Wildflower to the deep, rich darkness of Heather. Three distinct colours that show how much variety exists in real honey.
Mild to Bold
Acacia is the gentlest introduction. Wildflower sits in the middle with its complex, multi-floral character. Heather is the full-bodied finale. Together, they map the entire flavour spectrum of raw honey.
Two Countries, One Family
The Acacia comes from our family's own hives in Transylvania, where six generations of Nistors have kept bees. The Wildflower and Heather come from trusted British beekeepers in Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Raw Honey vs Supermarket Honey
Not all honey is the same. Here is what sets our raw honey apart from the processed honey found on most supermarket shelves.
HoneyBee & Co. Raw Honey
Never heated. Cold-extracted to preserve natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants that are destroyed above 40 degrees.
Never blended. Single-origin honey from one geographical location. You always know exactly where your jar came from.
Minimal filtering. Strained to remove wax fragments, but the natural pollen and beneficial compounds stay in the jar.
Fully traceable. Every batch is tracked from hive to jar. Our British suppliers hold SALSA food safety certification.
Typical supermarket honey
Pasteurised at high temperatures. This destroys the natural enzymes and much of the nutritional value, but makes it easier to process at scale.
Blended from multiple countries. Often labelled "blend of EU and non-EU honeys" with no traceability to a specific region or beekeeper.
Ultra-filtered. Fine filtration removes pollen entirely. Without pollen, the honey cannot be traced to its origin.
Often adulterated. Some imported honeys have been found to contain added sugar syrups, which is undetectable once the pollen has been removed.
The Perfect Gift For
