All Six Honeys, One Box
Every honey in our collection, together. Three from our family's Transylvanian apiaries. Three from trusted British beekeepers in Yorkshire and the Midlands. Six jars spanning the full spectrum of raw honey: pale and delicate to dark and bold, liquid to creamy to set.
Acacia Honey (280g)
Pale gold, crystal clear, mild and delicate. Our lightest honey. Stays liquid thanks to its high fructose content. Perfect in tea or drizzled over yoghurt.
Tasting notes: vanilla, clean sweetness, floral
British Wildflower Honey (280g)
Golden amber with complex, multi-floral character that shifts with each season's bloom. The all-rounder for toast, porridge, cooking, and baking.
Tasting notes: floral, citrus hints, seasonal
British Heather Honey (280g)
Dark amber with floral intensity and a jelly-like texture. Our boldest honey. Prized for high antioxidant content. Harvested once a year in late summer.
Tasting notes: warm, woody, deep floral
British Soft Set Honey (280g)
Creamy, smooth, and spreadable. Naturally crystallised to a thick, buttery consistency. The perfect breakfast honey for toast, crumpets, and fresh bread.
Tasting notes: mild, buttery, clean finish
Sunflower Honey (280g)
Bright golden with a warm, buttery sweetness. Sets firm over time. Beloved for cooking and baking, especially in glazes, cakes, and warm oat recipes.
Tasting notes: warm, buttery, caramel hints
Linden Honey (280g)
Light golden with a fresh, woody-minty character. A Transylvanian staple with centuries of tradition. Distinctive and aromatic, it pairs beautifully with herbal tea.
Tasting notes: woody, minty, herbaceous

How to Enjoy the Full Collection
Six honeys, six characters. Here is which to reach for and when.
Morning tea or coffee
Acacia dissolves cleanly into hot drinks without overpowering. Add after the water cools below boiling to preserve raw enzymes. Linden pairs beautifully with herbal and mint teas.
Toast and breakfast
Soft Set spreads like butter straight from the jar. Wildflower is the classic drizzle for porridge and yoghurt. Sunflower adds a warm, buttery sweetness to oats and pancakes.
Cheese boards and entertaining
Heather's bold intensity pairs with blue cheese and aged cheddar. Acacia drizzles beautifully over brie and goat cheese. Add all three to a cheese board for a honey tasting experience.
Cooking, baking, and glazes
Sunflower caramelises well in baking and glazes. Acacia stays liquid for dressings and marinades. Wildflower adds depth to savoury dishes. Use honey at half the quantity of sugar.
Evening wind-down
Linden's calming, herbaceous character makes it the natural choice stirred into chamomile or mint tea before bed. Its woody-minty notes complement nighttime herbal blends perfectly.
Cocktails and hosting
Mix Acacia with warm water for a honey syrup that dissolves into cocktails. Use it in a Bee's Knees (gin, lemon, honey syrup) or drizzle Heather over desserts like panna cotta and roasted figs.
Why All Six?
This is not just a bigger box. It is a complete journey through what raw honey can be.
The Full Flavour Spectrum
From crystal-clear Acacia to deep, complex Heather, with four distinct stops in between. No two jars taste alike. Discover the entire range in one purchase.
Three Textures
Liquid (Acacia stays pourable), creamy set (Soft Set spreads like butter), and firm set (Sunflower thickens naturally). Three different ways to experience honey.
Two Countries, One Family
Acacia, Sunflower, and Linden come from our family's hives in Transylvania, tended by six generations of Nistors. Wildflower, Heather, and Soft Set come from trusted British beekeepers in Yorkshire and the Midlands.
The Ultimate Gift
Six full-size 280g jars, not miniatures or tasters. This is a premium gift that lasts. Over 1.6kg of raw honey, enough to explore every variety properly and find personal favourites.
Raw Honey vs Supermarket Honey
Not all honey is the same. Here is what sets ours apart.
HoneyBee & Co. Raw Honey
Never heated. Cold-extracted to preserve natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants.
Never blended. Single-origin from one geographical location. Full traceability.
Minimal filtering. Natural pollen and beneficial compounds stay in the jar.
Fully traceable. Every batch tracked from hive to jar. British suppliers hold SALSA certification.
Typical supermarket honey
Pasteurised. Heated to 70+ degrees, destroying enzymes and nutrients.
Blended. "Blend of EU and non-EU honeys" with zero traceability.
Ultra-filtered. Pollen removed entirely, making origin impossible to verify.
Often adulterated. Some imported honeys contain added sugar syrups.
The Perfect Gift For
The definitive honey gift for someone who deserves something special.
