What's Inside

Six Honeys, Six Origins

Each jar is single-origin, raw, and traceable. Tap any to learn more.

Product images are indicative. Natural raw honey varies in colour and texture by batch and season - that variation is the signature of authentic single-origin honey.

A Honey for Every Moment

How to Enjoy the Full Collection

Six honeys, six characters. Here is which to reach for and when.

Morning tea or coffee

Acacia dissolves cleanly into hot drinks without overpowering. Add after the water has cooled below boiling to preserve raw enzymes. Linden pairs beautifully with herbal and mint teas.

Toast and breakfast

Soft Set spreads like butter straight from the jar. Wildflower is the classic drizzle for porridge and yoghurt. Sunflower adds warm, buttery sweetness to oats and pancakes.

Cheese boards and entertaining

Heather's bold intensity pairs with blue cheese and aged cheddar. Acacia drizzles beautifully over brie and goat cheese. Add all three to a board for a proper honey tasting.

Cooking, baking, and glazes

Sunflower caramelises beautifully in baking and glazes. Acacia stays liquid for dressings and marinades. Wildflower adds depth to savoury dishes. Use honey at half the quantity of sugar.

Evening wind-down

Linden's calming, herbaceous character makes it the natural choice stirred into chamomile or mint tea before bed. Its woody-minty notes complement nighttime herbal blends perfectly.

Cocktails and hosting

Mix Acacia with warm water for a honey syrup that dissolves into cocktails - perfect for a Bee's Knees with gin and lemon. Drizzle Heather over panna cotta or roasted figs.

What Sets It Apart

Raw Honey vs Supermarket Honey

Not all honey is the same. Here is what sets ours apart.

HoneyBee & Co. Raw Honey

  • Never heated. Cold-extracted to preserve natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants.
  • Never blended. Single-origin from one geographical location with full traceability.
  • Minimal filtering. Natural pollen and beneficial compounds stay in the jar.
  • Fully traceable. Every batch tracked from hive to jar. Our British honey supplier holds SALSA certification.

Typical supermarket honey

  • Pasteurised. Heated to 70 degrees or more, destroying natural enzymes.
  • Blended. "Blend of EU and non-EU honeys" with zero traceability.
  • Ultra-filtered. Pollen removed entirely, making origin impossible to verify.
  • Often adulterated. Some imported honeys contain added sugar syrups.
Three generations of the Nistor family, beekeepers in Transylvania - Fanel, Grigore, and Dragos Nistor, founder of HoneyBee & Co.

Six Generations. Two Countries.

From our family to yours.

Our story begins in the forests and meadows of Transylvania, where the Nistor family has tended bees for six generations. Same hives, same flora, same craft - passed from grandfather to grandson, mother to daughter.

Founder Dragos Nistor brought that tradition to Britain and built it out from there - partnering with British beekeepers in Yorkshire and the English Midlands whose work meets the same exacting standards: raw, unblended, traceable, and ethical.

Three jars in this box come from our family in Romania. Three come from those British partners. All six are the same craft, just different landscapes.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

What is the difference between all six honeys?
Each honey tastes and looks different because the flavour comes from the flowers the bees visit. Acacia is pale and mild. Wildflower is golden and complex. Heather is dark and bold. Soft Set is creamy and spreadable. Sunflower is warm and buttery. Linden is light with woody-minty notes. The Full Collection covers the complete range across two countries.
Where does each honey come from?
Acacia, Sunflower, and Linden come from our family hives in Transylvania, Romania - tended by six generations of the Nistor family. British Wildflower and British Soft Set come from English Midlands beekeepers. British Heather comes from the Yorkshire Moors. Every jar is single-origin and traceable to its apiary. Our British honey supplier holds SALSA certification.
How does the saving compare to buying jars individually?
Buying the six jars individually would cost £67.94 (Heather £12.99 plus the other five at £10.99 each). The Full Collection bundles all six for £64.54 - a 5% saving plus free UK delivery.
How should I store six jars of honey?
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Use a clean, dry spoon each time. If a jar crystallises, that is a natural sign of raw honey - warm it gently in a bowl of warm water to return it to liquid.
Does raw honey expire?
Honey is one of the few foods that does not expire when stored correctly. Its low water content and acidic pH prevent bacterial growth. Our honeys carry a best-before date as required by UK law, but properly stored raw honey remains safe to eat indefinitely.
Why is raw honey better than processed honey?
Raw honey retains natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants destroyed during pasteurisation. Single-origin raw honey reflects the landscape of its origin, which is why each variety in this collection tastes different. Processed honey is heated, blended, and filtered until those qualities are gone.
Is this collection suitable as a gift?
Yes. Six full-size 280g jars, over 1.6kg of raw honey - an exceptional birthday, Christmas, wedding, or housewarming gift. Add a note at checkout for a personalised message.
Can this be sent as a gift directly to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We do not include a price-marked invoice in the parcel. Add a personal message in the order notes and we will include a handwritten card.
What is the delivery time and dispatch policy?
Free UK delivery on every Full Collection order. Standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, dispatched Monday to Friday via Royal Mail tracked.
Can I get these honeys on subscription?
There is no Full Collection subscription, but each of the six varieties is available as an individual subscription. Pick your favourites on our Subscribe and Save page and save 20% on every delivery. Choose monthly or every three months, mix and match jars, cancel or pause any time.
