A Honey for Every Moment
How to Enjoy the Full Collection
Six honeys, six characters. Here is which to reach for and when.
Morning tea or coffee
Acacia dissolves cleanly into hot drinks without overpowering. Add after the water has cooled below boiling to preserve raw enzymes. Linden pairs beautifully with herbal and mint teas.
Toast and breakfast
Soft Set spreads like butter straight from the jar. Wildflower is the classic drizzle for porridge and yoghurt. Sunflower adds warm, buttery sweetness to oats and pancakes.
Cheese boards and entertaining
Heather's bold intensity pairs with blue cheese and aged cheddar. Acacia drizzles beautifully over brie and goat cheese. Add all three to a board for a proper honey tasting.
Cooking, baking, and glazes
Sunflower caramelises beautifully in baking and glazes. Acacia stays liquid for dressings and marinades. Wildflower adds depth to savoury dishes. Use honey at half the quantity of sugar.
Evening wind-down
Linden's calming, herbaceous character makes it the natural choice stirred into chamomile or mint tea before bed. Its woody-minty notes complement nighttime herbal blends perfectly.
Cocktails and hosting
Mix Acacia with warm water for a honey syrup that dissolves into cocktails - perfect for a Bee's Knees with gin and lemon. Drizzle Heather over panna cotta or roasted figs.

What Sets It Apart
Raw Honey vs Supermarket Honey
Not all honey is the same. Here is what sets ours apart.
HoneyBee & Co. Raw Honey
- Never heated. Cold-extracted to preserve natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants.
- Never blended. Single-origin from one geographical location with full traceability.
- Minimal filtering. Natural pollen and beneficial compounds stay in the jar.
- Fully traceable. Every batch tracked from hive to jar. Our British honey supplier holds SALSA certification.
Typical supermarket honey
- Pasteurised. Heated to 70 degrees or more, destroying natural enzymes.
- Blended. "Blend of EU and non-EU honeys" with zero traceability.
- Ultra-filtered. Pollen removed entirely, making origin impossible to verify.
- Often adulterated. Some imported honeys contain added sugar syrups.
Six Generations. Two Countries.
From our family to yours.
Our story begins in the forests and meadows of Transylvania, where the Nistor family has tended bees for six generations. Same hives, same flora, same craft - passed from grandfather to grandson, mother to daughter.
Founder Dragos Nistor brought that tradition to Britain and built it out from there - partnering with British beekeepers in Yorkshire and the English Midlands whose work meets the same exacting standards: raw, unblended, traceable, and ethical.
Three jars in this box come from our family in Romania. Three come from those British partners. All six are the same craft, just different landscapes.
