How to Enjoy the Full Collection

Morning tea or coffee
Acacia dissolves cleanly into hot drinks without overpowering. Add after the water has cooled below boiling to preserve raw enzymes. Linden pairs beautifully with herbal and mint teas.
Toast and breakfast
Soft Set spreads like butter straight from the jar. Wildflower is the classic drizzle for porridge and yoghurt. Sunflower adds warm, buttery sweetness to oats and pancakes.
Cheese boards and entertaining
Heather's bold intensity pairs with blue cheese and aged cheddar. Acacia drizzles beautifully over brie and goat cheese. Add all three to a board for a proper honey tasting.

Sunflower caramelises beautifully in baking and glazes. Acacia stays liquid for dressings and marinades. Wildflower adds depth to savoury dishes. Use honey at half the quantity of sugar.
