Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery
We process and pack all orders Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.
All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days from the dispatch date.
Free UK delivery on all orders of 3 or more jars and on every subscription delivery.
For orders of fewer than 3 jars, a small delivery charge applies at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us with your order number at [email protected] or via our Contact page. We will investigate immediately and make sure your honey reaches you.
International and EU Delivery
We are preparing to offer delivery to EU member states and selected international destinations. International shipping will be available soon.
If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
International delivery times, customs duties, and shipping charges will vary by destination. Once international shipping is live, full details will be displayed at checkout.
Returns
We want every jar of honey to arrive in perfect condition.
Returns are free of charge. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Contact us at [email protected] or via our Contact page, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original condition. As honey is a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo if the item is damaged
We will replace the item or offer a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] or via our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, or within 14 days of your cancellation request if the product is damaged or incorrect and does not need to be returned.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at honeybeeandco.uk/account/ or by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment date. If cancellation is received after this point, the next payment may still be processed as normal.
