Pale gold and crystal clear with mild, delicate sweetness. Our lightest honey. Stays liquid thanks to high fructose content. Perfect in tea, over yoghurt, or straight from the jar.

What is raw honey and how is it different?
Raw honey has not been heated, pasteurised, or ultra-filtered. It retains natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants destroyed during commercial processing. All three honeys in the Discovery Trio are cold-extracted, minimally strained, and fully traceable.
How should I store raw honey?
Room temperature, cool and dry, away from sunlight. Do not refrigerate. If crystallised, warm gently in a bowl of warm water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Does raw honey expire?
Honey does not expire when stored correctly. Its low water content and acidic pH prevent bacterial growth. We include a best before date as required by UK law, but properly stored honey remains safe indefinitely.
Why does each honey look and taste different?
The flavour comes from the flowers bees visit. Acacia is pale and mild. Heather is dark and intense. Wildflower varies with each season's bloom.
