Every jar in your subscription is harvested from the Nistor family apiaries in Transylvania, Romania. Six generations of family beekeeping, single-origin harvests, one provenance that never changes from one delivery to the next.

Naturally crystallised
Soft Set is created when raw honey is encouraged to form fine, uniform crystals through slow temperature-controlled stirring rather than added paste or pasteurisation. The result is a smooth, easily-spreadable texture that stays stable in the jar.
Raw, never heated
Despite the creamy texture, Soft Set is fully raw. Glucose oxidase, pollen, and the natural enzyme profile are all preserved. Cold extraction throughout, never heated above hive temperature.
