Miel d'acacia (280g)
Pale gold, crystal clear, mild and delicate. Our lightest honey. Stays liquid thanks to its high fructose content. Perfect in tea or drizzled over yoghurt.

British Wildflower Honey (280g)
Golden amber with complex, multi-floral character that shifts with each season's bloom. The all-rounder for toast, porridge, cooking, and baking.

Miel de bruyère britannique (280g)
Dark amber with floral intensity and a jelly-like texture. Our boldest honey. Prized for high antioxidant content. Harvested once a year in late summer.
