In porridge and yoghurt
Stir into hot porridge after cooking, or drizzle generously over Greek yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit. The everyday breakfast classic.
In black tea
A teaspoon in English Breakfast or Earl Grey, once the water has cooled below boiling to preserve the raw enzymes. Better than supermarket honey, every time.
