Six Ways to Use British Wildflower Every Day
The most versatile honey in our range. Here is where it shines.
In porridge and yoghurt
Stir into hot porridge after cooking, or drizzle generously over Greek yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit. The everyday breakfast classic.
In black tea
A teaspoon in English Breakfast or Earl Grey, once the water has cooled below boiling to preserve the raw enzymes. Better than supermarket honey, every time.
In dressings and marinades
Whisk Wildflower with mustard and vinegar for a quick vinaigrette. Or combine with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for a marinade that works on chicken or tofu.
